Hydrotherapy tub
This retreat is set in a valley surrounded by the Pizarra mountains, just 30 mins from Malaga airport, yet totally secluded in its own 18 acres of unspoiled nature.
Surrounded by orange, lemon and olive groves, mountains, flowers and breathtaking views, this is surely the place to get away from city life and reconnect with yourself and with nature.
Swim in the heated pool, unwind in the hydrotherapy pool, have a session in the steam room before (or after!) your Bikram yoga class, watch a DVD or just read by the wood burning stove or relax in a hammock or the chill out area.
We will practice yoga on the hilltop yoga platform with breathtaking views across the mountains. The combination of expert yoga tuition and the posture workshop will deepen your understanding of the asanas, their benefits and your own practise.
NEW! Indoor yoga room in addition to the hilltop yoga deck.

Accommodation is in the beautiful stone Andalucian Finca, which sleeps 14 guests in double and triple rooms and has a beautiful chill-out area with an open fireplace where one can have DVD evenings, read, chat and listen to music. For those who wish to be closer to nature the five 21ft teepees and two 16ft teepees are surrounded by olive and almond groves with their own private paths. Spacious, with proper beds, tiled floors and electricity, they really are the height of peaceful tranquillity.
Healthy, mainly vegetarian food with wine, beer and fun to help you unwind and become relaxed, invigorated and happy. The food got rave reviews last year!

Take a trip to the village, a trip to the market and dinner in Malaga old town, lakes, forests, go horse riding, hiking, mountain bike riding or to the beach (30 mins away).
"As a Bikram Yoga beginner, the holiday was a perfect introduction - each pose is explained in-depth and th classes move at a pace that even the most novice yogi can follow. I have never felt so relaxed, refreshed and rewarded as i did at the end of a week of delicious healthy food, just the rigt amount of excercise, plus a satisfying dose of sunshine. Iwill definitely be going again!" Rachel Sullivan
