and show up to any class 30 minutes early
(all classes are the same, and for all levels)
and start the first day of the new you!

29 for 30 - restrictions*

In order to reduce over-crowding and to provide a more pleasureable experience for everyone, please note that the £29 for 30 offer cannot be used to attend the following busy classes:

Bikram City - Monday to Friday 6pm / 7pm / 8pm

Mon 7pm - No New students can be admitted for this class

Bikram North - Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm
Bikram West - Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm,

Tuesdays at 8pm .

However, ten class cards and drop-in payment can be used.
