Classes in lilac are off-peak
All classes are open to beginners (except where new member restriction applies).
1st time students should arrive 30 mins early to register.
Classes are 90 minutes.
Women wear leotards / shorts.
Men wear shorts / trunks.
Baggy clothing and sweats are not recommended.
Bring 2 towels and water (We also rent towels and sell water)
Do not come to class on a full stomach - we recommend that you do not eat for at least 2 hours before your class.
Be prepared to work hard and sweat!
