Sanjay Verma We live in a time of great change, where personally and professionally the world is in constant motion. To be able to find stillness, peace and a sense of greater security in oneself seems to be very necessary.
Having started his professional life as a financial controller, in his twenties Sanjai had what he describes as 'an awakening', which led him to begin his journey with yoga and meditation. Sanjai is a Bikram Yoga teacher.
Meditation
A system tailored for the individual, Sanjai teaches you how to use the breath to make the physical body more sensitive to sensations and emotions. This in turn provides an internal support system which is nourishing, enduring and lasting.
Thai Yoga Massage
Also known as the ‘lazy man's yoga’, this works the muscles, nervous system, joints and tissues in a very similar way to yoga postures.
Kalari Nadi Massage
This is an oil based massage from Kerala, Southern India. The massage incorporates larger, fluid movements, which extend from head to toe. Benefits include greater energy, vitality, peace, muscle tone and relaxation.
Spiritual Counselling
Listening to and understanding what an individual feels is missing in their life and then providing the tools and techniques that are relevant for the transition. All of us feel stuck in some area of our lives, and by 'tapping' into your energy Sanjai can assist you on your path to a more fulfilling life.

Roger Hanson
Reiki Therapist
There is a mass of scientific evidence that indicates our bodies are made of energy. Within the skin and bones, within the organs, cells, molecules, and atoms is energy. Optimum health is dependent on the ability of this energy to flow freely throughout the body. If the stresses of daily life are not recognised and addressed, they can create blockages within our system, hampering the flow of energy throughout our body. This can result in ailments on a physical, mental, emotional, or even spiritual level.
An ancient form of energy healing which originated in Tibet, Reiki (“universal life force”) works naturally and powerfully to ensure that the energy flows freely throughout the body. The Reiki Practitioner is not responsible for the healing effects of the therapy; he simply acts as a conduit for a more direct flow of universal energy into the client's body. Through the gentle laying-on of hands, or alternatively, using a hands-off approach where the hands are placed slightly above the body, the universal energy intelligently works as it is needed to heal any point of imbalance.
Some of the powerful healing benefits of Reiki include: relief of stress, increase in speed in the healing of injuries, increase in energy, expansion in spiritual awareness, deep relaxation, and relief from emotional distresses.
Having trained with a Reiki Master in the Takata lineage, Roger is a certified Reiki Therapist (Usui methodology) and a member of the Pure Reiki Trust. Additionally, Roger is a Bikram Yoga enthusiast.

Darshna Parmar
Ayurveda
Darshna is a fully qualified Ayurvedic practioner, and a member of the Ayurvedic Practioners association. This ancient healing system defines life as a conjunction of body, mind and spirit, working in unison with the laws of nature.
Each Individual is a manifestation of the Universe which is comprised of the five elements, Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. These reveal themselves through a physical body type and personality traits. These are called Doshas Vata/ Pitta/Kapha.
Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences and share the same philosophy of ‘Sankhya’, meaning a dualistic realism, which the Universal theory of Matter (‘Prakruti’ also known as nature), and Energy (‘Purusha’ also known as spirit or consciousness). These two states (masculine and feminine) operate through the left and right sides of the body, of which we balance through Yoga and Ayurvedic practices.
A consultation will consist of a thorough analysis of medical history, lifestyle, diet, likes and dislikes. A pulse and tongue diagnosis will determine any current ailments and functioning of vital organs. A therapy plan is then devised and suggested to resolve any health issues which will involve diet, herbal remedies and therapies which can be administered at home. This will enhance one’s yoga practice.
Consultation: 90 mins - £75
Follow up consultations: 30 mins - £25
